and a orange beurre blanc sauce $ 21.50

Rack of lamb, rubbed in mustard and fresh herbs, medium rare
with galette potatoes, creamy silver beet and
caramelised shallots $ 38.50
 
Crispy Duck breast  with mushroom served with
green peppercorns lentils de puy,spinach $ 36.50
 
Bobby calf Veal pan roasted with rosemary
figs and broccoli served on risotto $ 35.50

White chocolate mousse dusted with pistachio and
accompanied by fresh mango and sorbet $ 14.50
 
Coconut soufflé served with a fresh pineapple variation and
grapefruit campari sorbet $ 14.50
